Argentina Dove Hunting

The Finest Argentina Dove Hunting - It's Incredible!!

Argentina Dove HuntingA variety of Doves are available for your Argentina Dove Hunting adventure, but most plentiful is the Torcaza or "Eared Dove" - very similar to the American Mourning Dove. Their numbers reach into the tens of millions and they destroy up to 40% of corn, wheat, and sunflower crops annually. Shooting for this "pest" is year round and there is absolutely no season or limits! The heaviest shooting is during nesting season from September through March - summer in Argentina.

The doves fly constantly from sun-up to sun-down, so firing 1000-2500+ rounds a day is normal. It's common for hunters to take 1000+ birds per day.

Temperatures are 'cool' in June and July (winter) and just plain Hot in December and January. Whenever you go, you can't shoot at all the birds that are in range. Go when it's best for you and your schedule.

Much of our Argentina Dove Hunting is done in World Famous Cordoba Province; but we also shoot in Entre Rios, Buenos Aires, Santiago del Estero and La Pampa Provinces. The shooting areas are primarily crop lands of wheat, corn, soybeans, sorghum and sunflowers; interspersed with brushy nesting habitat for the birds. They're a Dove Factory! The birds often destroy many of the crops, so shooters are welcomed. Typically we recommend three days of Dove hunting because of the incredible volume, but we can customize your trip any way you'd like.
